1.1 Are your televisions new?

Yes! We specialize in overstock televisions, new units with damaged packaging, and TVs that have been returned unused to the big-box stores. Our products come from places like Best Buy, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target, and everything we receive is carefully inspected for any defects by our trained and experienced testing staff. In most cases, the TV you buy will be new and flawless, but we'll let you know about even the smallest scuff on the frame if it's there.

1.2 Can you deliver?

TVs can be big and hard to move. Our goal is for you to receive your television safely and without hassle. Below is a summary of our delivery options:

In store Pickup: You come into the store and see the TV you want before purchasing. Our staff will help you load it into your vehicle.

Local Delivery: We deliver to your doorstep within a 50 mile radius of the store. Delivery is calculated at $3 per mile from our Westland store to your location, with a $100 delivery minimum.

Freight Shipping: Any television 50'' or larger that we ship must be sent out on a pallet to make sure it gets there safely. This option is available upon request and is the only way we are comfortable shipping most large televisions. Be prepared for sticker-shock as most freight shipments cost $200-$600.
